Công Minh was established in Ho Chi Minh City with a straightforward belief: legal guidance should be clear, structured, and genuinely useful — not a source of additional uncertainty. Our founders, having observed the challenges facing foreign-invested enterprises and Vietnamese entrepreneurs alike, set out to build a practice centred on methodical counsel rather than reactive advice.
Today our team advises clients across District 1 and beyond on the full lifecycle of commercial legal matters — from entity formation through to complex governance frameworks. We do not handle criminal matters or medical law; our focus remains squarely on business and commercial legal services under Vietnamese law.
